At Auraverse, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.

Cancellation After Processing

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The actual refund timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled before shipment without any cancellation charges. Repeated cancellations may result in restrictions on future orders.

Customized or Personalized Products

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Incorrect Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment due to incorrect details.

Delayed Deliveries

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for cancellation after dispatch.
